INTENDED USE
The innovative Energy Saving System (ESS), which is used on the AMTRV-ESS swing lip dock levellers, is designed to reduce the energy costs for heating the hall or cooling the cold store. Unlike standard docks where the driver has to open the trailer doors before docking, with the ESS system this process takes place after docking, which has an impact on driver safety and eliminates the risk of accidents.
Operation of the control after the vehicle has docked is by adjusting the levelling flap on the vehicle trailer accordingly, using a four-button control with AUTO-RETURN function.
INSTALLATION METHOD
intended for new buildings before pouring the floor. The ideal combination with precast concrete elements made according to the manufacturer's guidelines. The platform frame is directly cast in concrete and the frame acts as a formwork. This solution significantly simplifies construction work and reduces costs
